When you can’t get through to your GP, Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) offer treatment for minor illnesses that can’t be dealt with over the phone.
Call NHS 111. They will direct you to the right service, which may include a visit to one of our UTCs. If you are transferred to us, our staff will contact you directly to advise how to visit one of our UTCs.
Erdington Stockland Green UTC is located in the Erdington Primary Care Centre. Patients can attend in the following way:

Patient Information: There is free parking in the main car park off Reservoir Road. Once parked, you will enter Erdington Primary Care Centre via the main entrance and follow signs for BADGER. There are several bus stops nearby on Reservoir Road and Slade Road that have the following bus routes: 11A, 11C, 65, 814

Solihull UTC is located on the Solihull Hospital site. Patients can attend in the following way:

Patient Information: To arrive by car, enter the site via the entrance off Lode Lane, and follow directions to the Main Visitor Car Park. Google Maps directions to the car park can be found here.
