Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: 3-month fixed term contract placement
Location: At Badger sites/ services across Birmingham and Solihull, and other sites as required by the role / service development (in person)
We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as a Management Trainee. This placement is designed to provide hands-on experience and structured training across various departments, preparing you for future leadership roles.
As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in a programme designed to teach you the fundamentals running an organisation, develop your leadership skills, and prepare you for future management opportunities.
This isn’t just a placement — it’s a development journey. You will develop a clear step-by-step development plan, you’ll grow your skills and have opportunities to be involved in new projects as well as being exposed to the day to day running of the organisation.
