Our Services
The Badger Out-Of-Hours (OOHs) GP service currently covers Birmingham and Solihull and normally operates 6.30pm to 8am Monday to Friday, and all day Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Participating members leave an answer-phone message on their practice phone or arrange a call divert when their practice is closed. This invites patients needing medical attention to ring the Badger call centre. Incoming calls are logged onto a computer system before being put through to a clinician for assessment.
