Urgent Treatment Centres operate during the day.
Solihull Hospital UTC
Patients wishing to visit Solihull UTC can attend in the following ways:
- Call NHS 111 or your GP Practice: Patients who have been transferred to Badger through NHS 111 or their GP Practice will speak to a clinician over the phone and invited to book a face to face appointment via a self-booking system, or a member of staff will book on their behalf following a telephone consultation.
- Self-book: Patients who have previously attended the UTC are also able to self book an appointment slot using our online booking link.
- Walk in booking service: Patients are also able to attend directly at Solihull UTC. Providing there are slots available that day, they will be supported to be booked in by our receptionists and given a specific appointment time. If no appointments are available at Solihull, they will be directed to another of Badgers UTCs with available appointment slots.

Patient Information: There is a visitors car park nearby on Union Road. Please press the intercom to gain entry. From there, the UTC is located near the North entrance. It can be accessed from the front of the hospital building and is next to the Urology Treatment Centre.

Opening Times: 17:00 – 22:20 (Monday – Sunday)
Patient Information: Located on the corner of Bourne Road and Lichfield Road. Pedestrian access is via the pedestrian gate and steps at the Lichfield Road end of Bourne Road. Aston Train Station is nearby on Lichfield Road and is served by the Cross-City line and Chase line. Pedestrians will be greeted by security on arrival and directed to reception where they will be shown to a waiting area. This facility is drive-thru and patients arriving by car will be directed to a designated parking space during their consultation.

Patient Information: To access the service by car – enter the main car park. You will enter the building either via the main entrance, turn left at the sign labelled ‘To rooms 12 – 17’ and then follow the signs for rooms 13, 14, 15 and 16.
