Performance and Quality Improvement Officer

Location: Birmingham

FT Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We have an exciting Performance and Quality Improvement Officer opportunity which has arisen at Badger Group, a social enterprise that works with key stakeholders including NHS Trusts, local authorities, local councillors and MPs and GPs to deliver best patient care.

 

This exciting opportunity is based in our head office in the new Eastside development area in Birmingham.

 

You will be part of the Performance and Quality team at Badger, supporting the Performance and Quality Manager. We are looking for someone who will help to drive Badger’s Performance and Quality Initiatives to deliver exceptional performance, the highest standards of care and full compliance against contractual obligations.

 

Our ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills that enables them to understand and manipulate data, coordinate quality improvement projects across the business and develop excellent stakeholder relationships to ensure compliance against set KPIs and objectives. An ability to translate technical or complex information into clear written reports and documents is essential.

 

You will be a productive self-starter who can pick up new tasks with a willingness to learn. You will have an eye for detail and an inquisitive mind that searches for improvement opportunities and risk reduction. You understand the importance of patient safety and patient care and always act with integrity. You are capable of managing multiple projects at one time and can work efficiently in an organised manner.
